WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Joyful Pick aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Purchased items will be shipped in less than three business days most of the times. We ship packages out Saturday through Thursday. If an item is pre-ordered we will ship the product out when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being pre- ordered) we will group them together and ship them out together.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

YES! We offer Free Shipping for order value above $30. And sometimes we offer Free Shipping depending on specific products.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

  • Standard Shipping (7 - 16 business days*): USD 4.99
  • Estimated time frame from when package is dropped in mail and based on our best estimates. Time frame is not guaranteed during holidays.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We are currently making adjustments with our courier partners, for this particular reason you are kindly requested to contact by Email at sales@joyfulpick.com (or using the contact form in our website) with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Of course! We ship world-wide to most countries in the world. Packages typically take anywhere from 7-31 business days to arrive. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days which can cause delays.

TAXES, DUTIES, AND CUSTOM FEES

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order if they occur. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you're responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE IN?

Our website is programmed to show you the local currency of the country you are visiting us from. However the last step in your checkout process will be in USD.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

12 DAYS WORLDWIDE RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 12 days of receipt. You may return them for store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value. We will not be able to accept requests for returns if after 12 days.

We gladly accept returns within 12 days of receipt. E.g. If you receive an order on 17th March, the item must be sent back in its original condition to us by 29th March. We do not charge restocking fees but please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and only store credit will be issued for any returned item(s).

For orders that are returned late (i.e after four weeks), Joyful Pick  reserves the right to reject the item or issue partial store credit (70%).

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges for the same cost amount of the original items. For items that differ in value, we will issue store credit or send a separate invoice respectively.

Please email us at sales@joyfulpick.com with your order details and we will provide the return address. This is to ensure that we will take note of your return. Please note we only allow a one-time exchange for orders.

Please note that buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.

EXCEPTIONS: Grooming products (if used) are not eligible for refunds due to sanitary policies. Sale items are not eligible for refund unless they are factory damaged or incorrectly shipped goods.
